Rang requested quote. Male staff member wouldn't organize a quote: said there was no point. Not interested in discussing options for Invisi-guard door requested. Gave me name of another company, without the phone number. Poor customer service IMHO.

We wanted to discuss OPTIONS available. We also needed window screens. The brick idea was one preliminary idea. There was NO ROOM given to discuss OPTIONS available. We have engaged another company who plan to quote by looking at what is needed, present us with options available, to enable us to choose.

Extremely poor customer service. The people whom answer their phones and work in their show room have no idea what their selling. I want a one way mesh please ( where I can see out and you can't see in ) how hard is this , I have been stuffed around for three weeks already I'm fuming. They brought out the incorrect product and still cannot comprehend what I want. I made a call today to explain again what I wanted and the girl whom answered asked me to email this to her ????? I already have an account why can't you place the notes on the system and place the order for me please. I asked her to make me a priority as its been exhausting dealing with them and she made me feel like I asked her to run a marathon for me her tone was stressful. She sounded like she was about to fall asleep ! I feel so sick in the stomach I didn't ever think a company could make me feel so unwell over a purchase !!!! Not happy

Great product and good quality but bad customer service. Called for a quote, can't book a day or time in advance, only given a 'window'. Can't book in a reliable install day or time either. They open Mon-Fri 8-4pm but can't give you a time to take time off work. Was told I can do 'first available' and make it into work on time. Eventually got a text with 2 days notice mid afternoon. I called them again and they said sorry we'll make it next week with a special note first booking (7am). Got a text for two business days later 7-9am. Was reassured its first booking. On the day waited an hour and was late to work. Luckily housemate wasn't working. Tradie said it said on my system note that I was to be the first booking but they booked someone before me. It was absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. Happy with the install, not happy with the company's service and procedure. Guess they're good if you don't work or have a life.

Very poor service. Their phone call always transfer to the voice message. Only I sent email to tell I paid the deposit, they reply on the next day. I have been told by someone that person will contact me within 10 days for schedule the installation time. But no one contact me and I wait for 3 weeks for the scheduling. I think it is easy to tell the customer that installation will be delay once you know. That's no point for customer wait for long time and call again and again.
After a long wait time, I called to ask when my door could be installed, they told me a day and time through the voice message. And I called back and want to confirm, but again voice message. So I left a message to told time and date is confirmed, and left my number for them if there is any unsure or change, they could just call back. It is so disappointed that on the day, no one comes to install and not even told me the door not ready and It has to delay again until I call to ask. I only feel the business wants money but no service. Easy to see when I told them I paid the deposit, they could reply quickly. But When I asked the quote, I wait about 2 weeks time and no one reply until I call and call. I won't use this company any more and recommend to friends around me.

Approximate cost: $2700

We had recommendation for these guys from Dowel Windows, I thought highly of them to be recommended from such a big window firm. However, after 3 attempts to come out to measure @9 windows for fly-wires, (for measuring and installing) I was a little disappointed. The initial man who did the measuring was friendly and informative, although the 2 different gentleman who came to install on 2 several occasions, rushed the job and that's why we had to do a second measure and replacement.

Approximate cost: $@40 per window

After recommendations from family we contacted this Company to get a quote on a security door and wire screens for the window. The service was of high quality. The measuring, quoting and installation took a total of approximately ten days and the cost was quite comparable.

Approximate cost: $450.00
