I understand and share Katies frustration with the delays in Bunkers despatch times in recent months.. All customers with outstanding orders have received an honest assessment of our known stock arrival situation during their often extended wait (see below), always with an offer of immediate refund in full should they decide to opt out.

At Bunkers, we have always believed in transparency in business. As our customer you deserve no less. Here are the facts:
We now have nearly 6 months of finished stock either waiting to be loaded, in transit to sea freight hubs of Singapore or Hong Kong, or in transit for delivery to us
The latest industrial action in Sydney has caused a further 6-8 week delay, further impacting our planned start for despatch
The circumstances at play this year have been unique, largely out of our control and broad in their impact.
2020 was a challenging year for all of us. We are working hard on the backlog now and look forward to returning to normal despatch timescale soon.
The FAQ section of our website deals openly with our decision to manufacture the range offshore after 30+ years of local production.
