I had an excellent experience at Bunnings Narellan today. Special mention to Denver whose garage remote control knowledge was extremely helpful. What a wonderfully polite, accommodating and lovely young man! His instructions on how to program the new remote control worked immediately. Jayden was excellent on check out; one of the self-serve registers printed a blank receipt; he immediately fixed the issue and was attentive and friendly. Overall, a wonderful customer experience was had!

Bunnings narellan staff members is so rude and disrespectful towards their customers, alot of their staff members very rude especially the whom who is being in the front line, products faulty is not the customers fault is the manufacturer fault, for this reasons staff members willingly standing in front of of you arguing the facts that is not acceptable to return the product when is still under warranty. Very rudely behaviour wouldn't recommend anyone to go here. Staff members here should see the customers services in Gregory's Hill, "No Comparison ". Wouldn't go here again.

In the timber area Kane provided helpful advice and nothing was to much trouble.
Rod always greets us with a warm smile and a unique sense of humour his attention to providing assistance (customer Service).
If he is unable to assist us loading our car he always insists we wait until he can locate another staff member to help, his general knowledge and ability to chat on multiple subjects is refreshing and I always look forward to our short chats.

One very nice difference with Rod is his farewell to customers, "please be safe today I can't afford to loose my customers and variances of this" instead of the standard "have a nice day"

Please drop into Narellan Bunnings and say Hi to Rod and Kane I promise you won't be disappointed.

This is a very friendly store and I always recommend it to my friends.
