Bunnings Rockdale is a great store in the sense that it has a huge range of products. When I was there recently there was not a lot of staff around to help and I had to wait a while for assistance. Once I got assistance the staff member was very helpful and knowledgeable and had personal experience in the matter I needed help with which was a bonus. Overall it is a very good store but just needs a bit more extra staff members on a Saturday as it is very busy then. I recommend Bunnings Rockdale for their range of products and majority of the time have in stock what your looking for

The best customer service I've come across ... ever! Every time I've walked into that store I've never been disappointed they have a large variety and great prices plus the customer service.. amazing once again

Asked for assistance with wooden flooring. The guy dropped everything to help us. It wasn't even his designated areas. His suggestions were helpful and it was refreshing to be treated so politely.

I am pleased to report my experience here on a number of occassions has been really something to write home about. I am not able to walk far and approach the desk or front person each time for what I wish. At ALL times the item is delivered to the cashier for me and I just pay. I have always been asked if I wish a seat. When elderly persons come into the store they asign a person to the elderly if they wish help and the long walk is less chanllenging. I do not always find prices different from other places but I do find a selection that is big enough to give me comparitive value. I have recently bought a stainless steel clothes hanger and am more than pleased for the $37 I paid

Any time we are doing a DIY we always start with going to Bunnings. Staff are very helpful although try and avoid Saturday or Sunday mornings.
