Been going here since I was little and the whole family enjoy this store, we also shop and the one in port kennedy (more often now we live that way) customer service is always great and when your stuck for what you need their helpful team is their to help :)

The prices are always low the selection is great. It is always has great specials on. The staff are always very friendly and helpful with great tips with the job you are doing. It is great to look around then sit down and have a coffee and cake. Been coming to this store since it opened.

Whatever hardware or tool, they will stock it. I remember that if u cannot find it, just ask them, they always have it stocked somewhere in the store.

I must say that service n value are definitely the plus points.
I doubt the quality sometimes, but they refund or replace without questions or fuss, so am still a loyal customer

FANTASTIC!! went online to have a look at the prices for a BBQ and an outdoor setting, extremely cheap compared to other business's offering the same product, purchased 6 burner bbq and 7 piece outdoor setting and they are fantastic!

It took 4 staff over 20 minutes to confirm I had returned $40s worth of faulty stock, and give me a refund. Appalling service. Have had to return several items due to plain poor quality. They want ya sale but aint interested after that. Avoid.

We love Bunnings. So much to get at great prices. Friendly staff but not much help and they take to long to assist. Know what you want when you go there. The store is clean and well set out with a one stop shop motto. We always spend to much here.
