Typical big store. The staff do not care. Had to ask a staff member a question, the guy we spoke to didn't know what we were talking about and said he will go and get someone. We waited there for about 10-15mins. Never going to use this store again.

Bunnings in Balcatta is a social club for the staff service is not on the agenda!! There are only 2-3 checkouts working even during peak times. The floor staff have a problems helping customers. They are usually talking to each other or trying very hard to ignore customers.

A one-stop shop for everything we had on our shopping list from building supplies, fixings, plants, potting mix, plant holders, tools etc. Staff are helpful when you can't find what you need because the store is so huge.
