Excellent customer service and great product knowledge. A clean store with a variety of products available, all staff try to help you even if they don't have particular knowledge about something.

Not being a tradie, I find the knowledgeable staff really helpful. I can speak in layman's terms and they understand and explain what I need and how to do the job for lowest cost as possible. Visiting the plumbing department and showing a picture of the kitchen taps, I was given a couple of packets of products and stepped through eh process. Not bad for a chick.. taps are done!

My friend and I went to Bunnings Bayswater last night to source materials for a school project. We were looked after by a gentlemen there who went over and beyond to ensure we had the correct materials on the list. We were so impressed we took his name and hope he gets a big pat on the back for outstanding customer service - thanks Graham Hoel from Bunnings.

I have been to Bunnings Bayswater quite a few times and each time it's the same, no staff members to be seen anywhere and if you do happen to spot one and it is not their Dept they sigh as they are doing you a HUGE favour by helping you. I was there the other day and all I wanted was some globes. I had called ahead to make sure they had them, but I wanted to double check. I stood at the enquiries counter for 15mins and spotted someone with a phone standing around. She called Lighting and I had to meet them at a certain isle down the back of the store!!! Was too much to come to me. If you can go to another store I would advise it. VERY poor service.

This Bunnings is quite easy to get to and was the very first store I visited upon moving to Melbourne. It has a huge car park and I've never experienced any issues finding a park. They tend to have charities here on Saturdays and Sundays selling sausages and drinks to raise money which creates a nice community atmosphere when entering the store.

This Bunnings also has a café and a neat childrens playground which resembles some of the one's they sell.

There is plenty of stock, plenty of customer service (unless its the busy weekend) and our son loves the childrens trolleys they have.

A great and helpful business.

Been to this Bunnings Warehouse heaps of times. There are lots of different things you can purchase from them. I bought a Hammock from Bunnings and have been very happy with my purchase. There is also an instore cafe which sells tea and coffee, milkshakes, sweet treats and light lunches. There is also a kids play ground attached to this cafe.
The garden area is quite massive with lots of different plants and things to buy.
I also like that you can book a BBQ outside Bunnings to support your local charity.

I just find these stores too big, there is never really many people to help if you need assistance, however their prices are very good

I went to Bunning a few days ago looking for specific items. When I couldn't find what I needed the staff went out of their way to help, even getting the products for me. They were very helpful and I left the store with what I wanted and no stress.

After walking out of Bayswater Mitre 10 I went to Bunnings and found the help I needed from Keith in the timber dept and Steve who cut all of my timber for me.
I had a list of timber measurements in inches but unlike the guys at Mitre 10, Keith and Steve were helpful, worked out the conversions and displayed terrific customer service.
It's big and sometimes you can't seem to find anyone to help you but on this visit I walked out with everything I needed from two very helpful team members.
I won't bother going anywhere else.

Approximate cost: $110

Agreed. I have found Bunnings to be very helpful with conversions, paint types, correct materials etc to use and they provide the help without the condescension experienced at some shops. I also found that Bunnings backs up their guarantees, even when a third party provider is involved and they ensure that guarantees are lived up to. I feel I can trust what they say.

Bought plants for the garden. Sold in megapunnets and very good value for money. These punnets are available at the beginning of each season and there is a wide variety to choose from.

I have purchased a range of product from this store: paint; timber; hardware; light fittings; ceiling fans; and many things in between. Staff are usually very helpful and knowledgable. Thet can get a little short-stocked on some items, but will get them in for you.
