We had a POWERPASS account for years. Ow we re retired and cancelled our accounts we are treated like little old people. Every time I go there now and ask for something the staff just stand there and point. It’s over there. Well I went there today and same thing happened in the paint department. Consequently I ended up getting the wrong thing and had to take it back and the young boy at the returns counter was not helpful at all. He must have been trained by the same pointing trainer. Then I needed a male adaptor for a shower fitting told to go to find the bit. But low nd behold once again no help so I just left. Worst experience ever. Our son Took over our building business and will be strongly advising him to go elsewhere..
Will NEVER set foot in bunnings browns plains again. The young boy finished me off who the heck does he think he is with his long finger nails and looking down his nose at customers. No never again

You went above and beyond to help fetch and carry some new outdoor furniture and deliver it to our car. My partner has recently lost sight in one eye and Vladimir was caring and very helpful. I ordered potting mix, paid, then booked to have it delivered Thursday, got a aotomatick computer message it's ready for delivery on Thursday, no delivery.
Phoned Browns Plains Bunnings and was told I did not confirm the delivery, it will be delivered Saturday, I got it today wow
I will never book delivery from BP BUNNINGS, I never had any problems with Other Bunnings.

went to bunnings to buy a roll of 6.5 x 6.5 x 900mm vermin wire. Bunnings price $45.00 5m roll. Elsewhere $39.00 for a 10m roll. Went to the customer desk and explained they were 230% more expensive then Masters. We were basically told we were wrong they were only 50% more expensive and they were here first and would not price as they didn't sell the 10m roll. Comparison Bunnings $90 for 10m . Masters $39.00 for 10m. No more visits to bunnings, convenience does not make up for their lack of costumers service, poor knowledge and high prices.

i love this place. the best staff around so helpful and friendly can explain products so simply. love the fact that they help sporting clubs and charaties not just on the weekends but everyday great local support

Purchased a karcher and within 5 days it wasn't working. Spoke to someone on the phone who said we out swap it. Drove 40 minutes to do so, only to be told we couldn't - eventually they cme round. Gave us another faulty item. Refused to swap it even though it was now within a fortnight. Nerang Bunnings swapped it no questions asked. This one obviously hasn't been dropped off a crate as its still going strong.

Great product selection, awesome service .. a bit pricey but overall they saved my time and energy.

Bunnings Warehouse is great for all home project supplies, tools and equipment. It is relatively cheap and the staff are friendly and know about hardware and how to use and make things.
