Hawthorn store often understaffed. Friendly service once you can find someone to talk to, but generally you can’t or you have to wait another 15+ minutes till they are free, leaving them minimal time to ensure stock is on shelves. Bunnings needs to lift their game in this store. Only get 3 stars as they have a wider selection.

this may not be the biggest bunnings store around but its definitely the one with the best service. have still got everything i have ever needed and staff are available and very helpful

Lots of staff if you need to ask questions, but carpark can be a bit of hassle since it is below the actual shop

Didn't like this bunnings as much as others. Things are not organised in a logical order. The service was not very good either. When asked where something was the person just replied I don't know I don't work in this section and didn't even try. Not good enough

One of the regular Bunnings chain of stores. This store is always neat and easy to find your way around. However, it doesn't tend to have the range that other locations have, such as South Melbourne, but great if you are just after everyday hardware items.

The undercover car park is amazing, and the two floors of stock has loads to chose from, it is a great bunnings to shop at!! The staff are very friendly and helpful too

Contacted Bunnings customer service re a faulty outdoor setting, it was picked up and refunded within 2 days.. I was impressed with the attitude of the lass who handled the complaint...Olivia Ellul. Will always shop at Bunnings where possible.
