My favourite store on the planet, I could and do spend hours there and never leave empty handed. More than just a hardware store, advice when you can find someone to give it to you is generally very good.

Went here with my Father-out-law to buy all our fencing needs and found everything we needed was in stock. Delivery was exactly as stated but the driver came alone so we had to help him unload the concrete, poles, and planks. The Mother-out-law set up a chair on the nature strip and watched it all LOL

The range of products available is mindblowing, the only difficulty in some regards is to find what you are looking for. Nevertheless, if you can find an employee you will soon be directed correctly. They have a policy of beating any competitor's price by 10% which can be very handy, especially when they have increased a price following the arrival of new stock and the competitor has run out and not yet secured new stock, which can produce quite a saving.

Good for general harware material as long as you don't expect to have sokemthing special. It does not, nor pretends to cater for the high end of the market. the garden centre is dissappointing though -plenty of things but the plant stock is pretty substandard

Approximate cost: $5-$1000

Purchased building suplpies for a home DIY project. Had a list of items I needed, and advised staff what I was doing and they added ideas and other items I may need. They had all the items in stock, great service and pleasant to deal with.

Approximate cost: $300.00

Buying items from this store can be a nightmare because its almost impossible to find staff to help, not their fault though, as Bunnings is very understaffed and they shouldnt be because from our experience, prices are not really any cheaper, maybe on some items, but generally not. Some things are even more expensive.Sure they have heaps of stuff, but there is always a scramble to find someone to help. Anyway, too big for my liking, I prefer the smaller, personal services of local hardware stores.
