I have vistited the Parafield store on many occations, but recently I purchased a complete flatpak kitchen, with oven and laminate floor. This is a substantial purchase I would have thought. The complaint I have, is that I needed some Aluminium Edging to complete the flooring installation, and the store was out of stock. The flooring person, happliy phoned the modbury store, who had plenty in stock, However the staff on the special orders counter asked me to pay for the goods before they would order it in. I explained to them, that I need to purchase other items, and would pay for the order and purchase the other items when the order was ready for collection. The staff on the special orders counter refused to order in the goods, unless I paid in advance for the goods. Even after a team member from flooring explained the situation, they still refused to order in the Goods. I think that this level of service, or lack of, is unacceptable.

Everybody goes to Bunnings. Heaps of stuff at great prices. Everything a shopper could need except service with a smile. Is it really such a bad place to work? Do customers annoy you so much that it would hurt your face to show some pearly whites? I reacon only 1 in 10 staff members can smile or at least be pleasant. Try a bit harder people, we pay your wages.

Always helpful customer service. Huge range of products and a very competitive price. Recommend to anyone doing a DIY project for the home or garden. Always the first and last place I visit so no need run around anywhere else.

Their range of products in extensive and their prices are really good overall. It was a little hard trying to find someone to help but when we did they were really knowledgeable about their products and helped us out as mush as possible

i had a lot of trouble finding the glue i needed for a certain job but when i went to bunnings i found they had the right one and put me on to it straight away,very helpful

Great range to choose from and their outdoor/plant section is good. Service can sometimes be lacking - staff often observed standing in aisles chit-chatting with each other while customers are looking for assistance. Sometimes hard to get help on the floor.
