We had water gushing out of the solar hot water system tank due to corrosion, so I had Solahart come out to look at it. The tank was not repairable, and needed replacing. The staff were friendly and efficient and the job was done swiftly and with no fuss, but the price was a bit steep.

We have just had renovations done to our front lounge room, and needed new carpet for this room. We went to see Gerry and Dean at Carpet Selection centre, as we had used them in the past. They both remembered us as soon as we walked in. We were looking to just get the lounge room done, but were struggling to find a carpet to match the hallway. After looking through some of the range they had, we found a very nice looking carpet, and the price was low enough, that we decided to replace the carpet in not only the lounge, but the hallway and the three bedrooms also. Excellent Service, Price, and Advise.

Purchased a tv cabinet from Harvey Norman, and got a very good discount on the item at time of sale. When I got it home and was putting it together, I noticed a chip in the edge of the draw in the front. I rang them abount it, and they happily exchanged the faulty part. They even offered me an extra discount on my next item for the inconvieience.

Our Sharp 70" led tv decided to stop working. Since it is still under warranty, we contacted Sharp, who recomended Adept as thier service agent. I rang Adept and a tech came out on the same day to look at the tv. He actually did get the tv working, but was not happy that the set was working correctly, so we put the tv into his van and he took it away for furthur inspection. We were told it would be three or four days, but the set was back within two days and working perfectly again

Had work done by these people a couple of times now and they are very friendly and helpfull people to deal with. They are never too busy to show you tips on fitting parts or looking after your equipment. they usually have most parts that I need in stock, but on odd occations, the have ordered parts in within a couple of days. I will continue to use these people for my mower needs.
Needed new carpet for our home theatre. We got a good deal and the price was very fair. The installers were very professional, even carpeted our landing and steps to match, and took away the old carpet and cleaned up. I am very happy with the job, and would have no hesitation to use them again

I recently had a solar system installed by The solar Shop, who have since gone into receivership, and no longer whish to give any customer service. Anyway I had a problem with the system not performing, so I called Don, who was one to the original installers of the system. He was happy to come out and inspect and repair the system and got it up and running.

We had an Executive Car Wash with Engine Clean and Stain Removal. The Franchisee arrived on time and did a quality job. The stains in the front carpets were removed, to our satisfaction, and the price was very resonable.

I called on these people to install a couple of roller shutters on my house recently. They came out and quoted the job, without me having to be home, then brought the quote to me at my workplace. I accepted the quote, as is was very resonable compared to other quotes that I had recieved and the Roller Shutters were installed the next day.
