i went into bupa unsure of what i wanted they were so helpful and worked out what i did and did not need they related too me they were so friendly and did not push me into something i didn't want

Very helpfull friendly staff. They took the time to go over my current Health fund and explained everything in great detail. I left there with a saving of over $20 a month on my health cover with better benefits.
