Great Pies, fantastic assortment of sweet pastries and delicious fresh cakes.....Yummy and lovely friendly staff.

Went to look at vaccuum cleaners with a little knowledge on which one I would like to review. The sales lady in that area was most helpful and very knowledgable on the particular vaccuum that I was looking at. She spent some time going through all the details. In the time I was there she sold 2 during her demonstration she was giving me. I bought one also....3 sales within a matter of 30 mins...!!

Very helpfull friendly staff. They took the time to go over my current Health fund and explained everything in great detail. I left there with a saving of over $20 a month on my health cover with better benefits.

Ordered a pair of clip on sun shades (approx cost $60) about 7 weeks ago. After 2 weeks I went into the store to see if they had arrived. Nothing yet but the assistant was going to follow it up and call me back the next day. No call. I went in again and the person on the front desk left a message in the appointment book for the assistant that took the order to contact me.....still no call from the assistant. I again went into the shop and left a message for the assistant to call me and guess what....still no call from anyone within the business. Extremely unsatisfactory service so I am looking to purchase them elsewhere.

The manager was very professional and listened to what I wanted in a hair cur. She took the time to discuss issues that I have with my type of hair. I took her up on her suggestions of hair style and I must say its one of the best cuts I have had in a long long time. She even took her time with the cutting process and I never once felt that she was rushing.
