We were really stuck last week. We needed to organise buses for work this week and everywhere we looked was booked out. We then found Buscharter.com.au. The booking process was really easy online but we were so stressed out trying to organise something that we really just needed to talk to someone. We received excellent service over the phone . They were helpful, flexible and polite. The price was also fantastic. We then needed to change the timing of the bus at short notice and this was an easy process. We couldn't be happier with Buschrter.com.au and would recommend them to anyone.

Appalling customer service from start to finish. I have never experienced anything like it. Lazy phone staff, all online where they can with broken systems, poor turn around times, no follow up, bad attitude and no confidence. I had a bad gut feeling about all this but carried on as they'd already taken a deposit. The bus was an hour late to collect my wedding guests, their excuse a "20" minute traffic hold up. No call from the driver to my passenger contact. Unacceptable. This delayed my reception, cut into my photo time and inconvenienced my guests, my biggest concern. I have been given no apology, no phone call, just defensive and rude responses and a link to a site where in future I could pay afterwards! There will certainly never be a next time and I hope this dissuades many others also. For a simple return journey from the cbd, this was unbelievable. Sadly there are no second chances on your wedding day! Hugely disappointed and upset.
