Our initial inquiry was promptly followed up with an unintrusive email and later a planned phone conversation which quickly won our trust and confidence in their services. No hard sell whatsover, they are flexible in offerings, very reasonably priced and were a pleasure to deal with before, during and after our wedding. Photography of a very high standard, they have everything covered. Professional website, high quality final products with the choice of receiving photos in all desired formats and/or having albums etc put together by them. With so many photographers and charlatans out there to choose from, choosing a photographer was a tough task until we came across Amarcord which was a clear winner. Highly recommended, will not disappoint.

Appalling customer service from start to finish. I have never experienced anything like it. Lazy phone staff, all online where they can with broken systems, poor turn around times, no follow up, bad attitude and no confidence. I had a bad gut feeling about all this but carried on as they'd already taken a deposit. The bus was an hour late to collect my wedding guests, their excuse a "20" minute traffic hold up. No call from the driver to my passenger contact. Unacceptable. This delayed my reception, cut into my photo time and inconvenienced my guests, my biggest concern. I have been given no apology, no phone call, just defensive and rude responses and a link to a site where in future I could pay afterwards! There will certainly never be a next time and I hope this dissuades many others also. For a simple return journey from the cbd, this was unbelievable. Sadly there are no second chances on your wedding day! Hugely disappointed and upset.

Monique is a warm, very friendly and vivacious person who listens intently and puts you immediately at ease. She will put together the ceremony of your choosing with your guidance to ensure everything is as you want it. Nothing is too much trouble. On the day she is the perfect host and professional ensuring things runs very smoothly. She has great attention to detail not just with the ceremony itself but with ensuring your bridal party are suitably in place, the timing of music is perfect and special guests are in their places etc. Thank you very much Monique, we are just so thrilled we chose you.

I took my broken laptop in for fixing as it was over-heating, switching off constantly and lost all my data. The man I dealt with was able to diagnose the internal problem instantly with no fuss, give me a very reasonable quote for fixing the hardware and a prompt pick-up date. Friendly, trustworthy and very satisfying service.
