Fantastic service when a bathroom company failed to get frames for large bathroom mirrors which had been ordered for many months. Buvelot were the only framers who truly tried to help by searching through catalogues and then contacting a supplier while I was in the shop. Not only did the frame material arrive quickly, but Buvelot made up a large frame for me in a few hours, to save any further delays with the renovation. Exceptional service and I couldn't be more grateful. No one else in Canberra was willing to go to any effort but Rod was extremely helpful and pleasant and went to a lot of extra effort to get me out of trouble. I will certainly be using Buvelot again. I am very, very grateful for their help.

Very, very happy with the result - they gave professional advice on how best to frame a large cross stitch I had done & even helped coordinate the colours for the mat & the frame after I told them the look I was after. Am a very satisfied customer!

The finished product was irreplaceable- I am very happy with the end result of all my photo's and picture I have taken in. You do pay for the quality but it is well worth the costs.
