Fantastic service when a bathroom company failed to get frames for large bathroom mirrors which had been ordered for many months. Buvelot were the only framers who truly tried to help by searching through catalogues and then contacting a supplier while I was in the shop. Not only did the frame material arrive quickly, but Buvelot made up a large frame for me in a few hours, to save any further delays with the renovation. Exceptional service and I couldn't be more grateful. No one else in Canberra was willing to go to any effort but Rod was extremely helpful and pleasant and went to a lot of extra effort to get me out of trouble. I will certainly be using Buvelot again.
