I have taken my son here many times. I like it as it is generally pretty quiet. He's 1.5 so some of the other play centres are a bit too busy with older kids and he seems to get pushed around a bit. There is lots of room for improvement with this centre. The play equipment is old and has lots of half attempted repairs that look terrible. The ball pit is in desperate need of more balls and it really needs a good paint job. I don't understand the section at the back with the bikes, they need to make a car track there like other play centres. Also there is a slide in the under two area that is quite frankly, dangerous. It's way too steep . That said, the entry price is reasonable, the coffee is nice.

Every time we take our son there, he has an absolute blast! All the climbing and running around is great for him, even on the rainiest of days, or the hottest of days. I don't think we've ever left there and he's not covered in sweat :)

Great to take the kids to play there are different play areas to suit age groups. There is a café for the adults to sit and watch the kids have fun playing the coffee is nice. Its a big area so no chance of them getting bored.

A big play centre with different areas for kids of different ages. More suited to kids who are walking as there is limited play areas suited for younger children. Good food.

This playcentre is... just okay. There are up sides and down sides to this venue:

The up side is the equipment. There is lots of climbing equipment that is more horizontal than vertical, so it doesn't go up too high and so is great for pre-schoolers who are a bit iffy about heights. There are also jumping castles, ball pits and room at the back for driving cars. So lots of activities.

There is a fun under 3s section with their own jumping castle and ball pit.

There is also a crawlers section for babies but this leaves a bit to be desired - just basically a fenced in area with mats and a couple of dump trucks. Although you can choose to leave your car keys at reception to swap for 5 baby toys which you get your car keys back on return of the toys... but good luck acting as the fun police when other kids want to take one of the toys off to play with themselves. I think they should be more trustworthy with the baby toys - other centres are.

The downside is the darkness of the centre. The cafe part where parents sit is bright with lots of lighting and the windows letting natural light in - there are no windows in the play area which is fine, but there are hardly any lights either so it's very dark. Right at the back, where the cars are, is really really dark and most kids hardly go in there, instead they come out to ride the cars around the cafe area instead - bit annoying.

It is quite dirty as well - really dusty equipment if you look at the top of it and run down but okay to play on if you are not too particular about it. It looks like they wipe down the main parts people see, but if you look closely it is pretty awful.

The food is reasonably priced, the coffee is quite good but be careful when you order babychinos as they come out scalding hot! They usually warn you about this, but would it hurt them to stop making them like that? No babychino should have boiling milk in it.

So, it is an okay venue. I will go back but not for anything other than my children, who usually aren't into the climbing equipment, but will actually climb up the ones here.

I was greeted rather gruffly, and pointed in the direction to the entrance, which was not a great start. Inside though, I was impressed with the kids playground and equipment. The food was over priced and there were a couple of bugs inside. The changing room had the bench up too high and was not very friendly at all.

We have had a party here as well as regular play dates when the weather is too hot or too cold and we love this place, staff have always been friendly and helpful, great healthish menu (chicken wrap is delicious), nothing fried so no battles with the kids about chips for lunch, lots of parking space. a regular hang out for our family and friends. Very well priced entry compared to some other localish play centers we have been to.
