The franchisee needs training in business management and dealing with customer issues. Several occasions I spoke to him in regards to a major breach of my privacy, through somebody else accessing my personal account details, he was very defensive and generally not interested in resolving things.

Beautiful place, lovely products. The beauty therapist who did my treatment was wonderful, unfortunately I can't remember her name. She is from Mauritius. I was there for 3 hours and felt so relaxed by the end. The hot rock massage was wonderful.

I had my son 3 years ago at Sandy and he spent 2 weeks in special care. My twins were born a year ago at Monash and they were transferred by my request to special care at Sandringham. Although the hospital is run down it is a fantastic, caring place in the midwifery area. The nurses are wonderful and the staff in the
Special care unit are amazing. I felt reassured leaving my babies there and knowing they would be cared for properly. The meals are done on site and are great I must say for a hospital!! I would choose Sandy over any Private hospital.

This shop has the most beautiful gift wear and clothes for children. The owner, who I think has only recently taken over, is lovely and very helpful. The only problem sometimes is parking as its on Nepean hwy and if you can't get a park out the front it can be difficult.

When ordering our entrees we had to wait 20 minutes and it wasn't busy at all. When we asked why it was taking so long the waitress was quite rude and abrupt. Although we had to wait probably just as long for our mains the spag bol was very nice.

Although it is generally a male dominant environment, the atmosphere is quite jovial and usually a good place to have a meal and a drink. The only drawback of late has been the increase in price of the meals, in particular, the chicken parma which has reduced in size but has increased in cost. The salad is a standard garden salad but they have ommitted the olives which is a good thing. The amount of chips recieved with the meal have also been reduced.

Nice food and coffee, my child enjoyed the equipment, although I found it quite dirty. cost very reasonable compared to other play centres. Staff can be quite rude at times.

Great for young children, always very clean and well maintained. I understand the policy in regards to not bringing in food but with my little ones under 12 months, I have them eating specific foods that i am not willing to compromise - is there flexibility with this? Also I notice that peanut butter is on the sandwich menu and this is one of the most high risk foods in regards to allergies. Also find the staff can be quite rude and abrupt.
