Never again! Waited 30 minutes to have a hair cut and then they ask me if I have a booking. Could have checked with me when I arrived or have some signage about the new process for women's hair cuts.
They had no care at all they they waisted my time.
This was our families regular hair dresser, but it wont be now!

Tried to get a haircut today at 4.55pm and was told that they could not do it as they were working on 2 clients and needed 15 minutes. Never happened before and I have been going there for over 10 years!!! Very poor

When I go to a walk in barber, I expect to be served in turn. What I don't expect is to be sat in a barber chair and told to wait while the customer after me is attended to straight away. The result of this is that I walk out and do not return.

The service is quick and good quality but the only problem is one of the workers keep sniffing an sneezing on me.
