I had a lock replaced and another locked keyed the same as the new one. The service was slow - 10 days from my first phone call to the lock being replaced. Thank goodness it wasn't an emergency.
The locksmith completed the work expertly but didn't clean up afterwards. Metal filings were left on the floor.
The lock was good quality and was fitted well.
I would recommend this company but don't expect too much customer service.
