DO NOT TRUST THIS PLUMBER
I am completely shocked, I trusted this plumber when he gave us a quote to move our pool equipment. It started the first day, moving the faucet and cutting all the pipes. He should have come back the next day, which was not the case. A week after I called him he changed the price by adding $3000 and then when I tried to find a solution he yelled at me and cut me off saying he wasn't going to do any work. Conclusion I have cut pipes and a big problem thanks to him. The sad part is that I have used this plumber for the last 3 years, providing hotwater and heating service. Be careful and don't be a fool like me to trust someone without word or integrity.

I called Chris Griffifs because our wall gas heater was not running as well as it should.

He arrived very promptly

He had a look at the heater sweeped the dust all over the floor told me that these wall heaters are crap even though we paid $1600 for it.

Our heater is the same still taking ages to come on and working not as it should.

So for driving one screw that holds the cabinet sweeping dust everywhere and advising me to ring our gas company my pensioner mom was charged $211.00.

They him an a helper pulled the cabinet off the wall heater and dislodged the earth lead which the both of them could not find where it went and he was talking about removing a earth lead somewhere else and connecting the loose heater cover earth lead to it.

He also told me it is only for the cover and i advised him yeh but it is important as it stops you from being electrocuted if the cover becomes live.

Anyway i found the connection myself with my own torch and he attached it.

He seems like a good bloke but i believe i was ripped off as i should have been charged just a call out fee not a service fee.
I have been in the industry as a pool service tech for clarke rubber and going to someones place and charging for a service when it was not is not good.

Anyway this is an honest opinion of my experience with this plumber.

I have thrown out the fridge magnet with his details in the bin and he won't be getting anymore money from me.

I have given 2 star because he arrived promptly

after searching womow for a company with great reveiws.. i tried this place and was not let down at all. the service was very professional and i will be doing my bit for small companies and refer my frinds.

great service and very friendly got my heater working asap which was good as i have small children. Would use this business again as i thought i would be up for more money

We called Chris Griffiths when our Brivis gas heater broke down and he was there the very next day and fixed our heater with no fuss. Would recommend to all.
