Very impressed on all levels. As suspected, the old unit was becoming dangerous and the price for a new unit was competitive. The fitters arrived when expected and were friendly and efficient. The new unit is quiet and effective. As an added bonus, we received a Samsung Galaxy tablet as a promotion - unexpected when we were first making the enquiries. The office staff are excellent too.
