When you find someone really good, helpful and honest, you stick with them. Joanne does a great job with our returns and she loves to do a bit of research when we ask a question that she’s not sure about.

What an interesting shop! They have a really large selection of science fiction, as well as just about every genre imaginable and it is still easy to feel a bit lost among all the shelves and narrow aisles. Sadly, the owner, David, passed away, but the staff are helpful and friendly.

I love a shop that feels relaxing as soon as you walk in. I like the range of books and the people who run it enjoy a chat if it’s not busy. Easy location to find and to get a park.

It’s great to find a reliable, friendly and professional podiatrist who will do house calls. This is important for elderly clients who have mobility issues. We can recommend Peter Bertram.

Typical pub and the food was good. We had schnitzels that we’re well cooked and the chips were great. Our friends also enjoyed their meals. Not too crowded and the staff were friendly.

This is our favourite restaurant. They have a good menu and meals are always cooked well and without a long wait. They also have a couple of large round tables that suit groups perfectly. Very impressed!

What a wonderful place! I had a licorice ice cream in a waffle cone and it was heavenly. The lass fill the whole cone and it’s great value. A favourite shop we go to when we visit Victor.

We’ve been to this bakery three times and each time was great. Their steak, bacon and cheese pies are excellent, as are their doughnuts. They have two sizes for the doughnuts which is a good idea, depending on how hungry you are. The potato pies and the pasties are just as nice. Very friendly staff, too.

It’s a fun store to explore, with a great range of gifts, cards, homewares and novelties. I found some lovely wall art, plus a photo frame for a gift.

We have had an Aquadome water filter for years and it’s wonderful. It’s attractive and practical and we use it every day for drinking and cooking. The replacement filters are about $50 and last over 6 months, so it’s good value.
