Unlimited chilli Tuesdays is a cheap feed out (if you like chilli). Staff are super friendly and the views from the outdoor dining are just beautiful. I've been here for breakfast, lunch and dinner and each time it was perfect. A nice an unusual selection of mexican meals.

Have been wanting to go to this restaurant for quite some time and unfortunately everything about my visit was disappointing. The staff were quite rude and unhelpful, the wait was a table was long, even though we had booked, the good was awful and overpriced and my chicken had an awful fish taste to it. When I brought this up staff just laughed and said we hear that a lot. Will never go back.

I have only eaten here once and really wanted it to be better. The food was pretty good (although my burgers meat patty had a weird texture that was hard to get over). My family also loved the atmoshphere but what let it down very badly was the service. Our waiter did not know the answer to any of our questions (including if some dishes were spicy as our kids were interested in them). The dessert then took so long to come out to us that we had to leave before it came as our kids were just getting so fidgetty after waiting over 45 minutes since the mains had been cleared away.

I have had the displeasure of dining at Cactus Jack several times now. When it first opened I thought wow great location, decor something different to most in the area, food looks good, priced ok. Service is the worst, at first i was gracious and said it was new and they were finding their feet, returned again several times as our guest all wanted to try it out. NEVER AGAIN. the wait is 40 mins just to have someone serve you add another hour wait for your meal, have only half of them arrive, you wait another 15 mins for the other meals. This is not a once off experience, they are repeat offenders. Have spoken to other friends & locals all have the same horror stories, In closing I say burn it down & start again. yes it is that bad
