They make a good coffee. It's strong without being bitter and they will customise to suit your taste.
It's always frequented by many people at all hours of the day, so that must say something about the quality.

Attached to the shops, and really the only type of restaurant of its type in this area, they've correctly picked their niche.

Visited the revamped Pasadena Green Mall today for our weekly shopping and had a coffee at Cafe Balthazar. It was a good cup of coffee and noticed that there was a light meal menu available which is good if shopping at meal times. Access from the Mall and from the outside which is convenient for those wishing a quick visit to the cafe. Parking is also underground with wide parks and it is plentiful also.

Great new cafe in the Pasadena Shopping Centre. Fantastic range at reasonable prices. Pizzas are great, whole family is catered to, great coffee. A good option for pre or post-shopping.
