My daughter and I had breakfast here on the weekend, and it is a lovely spot - very "Melbourne", you know, worn looking furniture, rather bare but it was comfortable and had a lot of big windows all around so you could watch the people on the street. The service was friendly and fairly quick. BUT... they put the Eggs Benedict on Brioch??? Why.. it was teriible, so sweet and yucky. Why would you do that? Yes, it is my fault, I should have noticed that they said that on the menu, but who in their right mind would do that? Anyway, the coffee was good and my daughter liked her sunny side up with toast. It was fine for breakfast but check the details on the menu.

Went to this place for Friday night drinks after work to destress. Cocktail special for $10 which were really tasty.
Also ordered a pizza to share which embraced true Italian flavours - simplist, not over cooked and thin base.
This place is always busy when I walk past and would love to go breakfast or lunch. Excellcent and friendly service.

this cafe is close to transport, shops and fawkner park. Great for a coffee, a sit down and a nice casual meal. as it is on a busy main road it can be a bit noisy
