Had lunch here last week with a 2 main meals for 1 price. Caffe Primo is part of the New York Grill area. The meal was pleasant but not enough avocado on my pollo avocado. Friendly service and pleasant seating. Adequate but not as nice as the now closed Blackwood Primo

When we arrived, even though the waiting staff were busy, we were acknowledged. As soon as the waiter had delivered the food he was carrying he assisted us. All the staff were excellent and the service was very good. I ordered Veal Parmigiana with chips and salad $19.90 and my husband had Prosciutto Salmon with mash, baby spinach, asparagus and hollandaise sauce $24.90. When our beers arrived it was nice to have chilled glasses for our beers. A waitress came to our table and sincerely apologised that they had run out of mash potato, but my husband was happy to have chips instead. Both meals were well presented. My husband enjoyed his. However mine was very disappointing as my schnitzel was very overcooked and the chips were soggy. We have been to other Caffe Primo without any complaints but we will not be returning to this one.

It's decent food at decent sized serves but the price is too high also lacks atmosphere and food took forever to come out

Great value and great food for the price you pay. In a great position too, especially if you are shopping with kids as you can sit and eat lunch in peace and let them play on the indoor playgound.

Sometimes they have deals on the back of shop-a-dockets so look at for them.

Approximate cost: $15.00

I have been here a few times, I don't think that it's as good as the other ones I have been too, but up side is it has the play ground for kids to play on.

Approximate cost: $15

We ate here for lunch with my 3 year old daughter. We shared 2 lunch meals between us (2 adults and 1 child) and we had left over food. Meal sizes are quite large. Staff were all very friendly to us. My daughter loved the play area and spent quite a time playing there. I would definitely go back again for a cheap meal with the kids.

I have been here twice. The first time the meal was reasonable and quite a good size. They have a play room for the kids which was our main reason for eating there. The staff were rude but overall was a reasonable dining out with the kids. The second time the food was almost in-eatable for all of us. I had the same meal both times so it was obvious that it was not the same quality. The staff were even ruder and we now will never go back. I booked a table with a highchair and positioned close to the playroom. Neither request was given and we were reprimanded for not requesting these at booking time! On explanation that we did we just got a grunt back. The two positives was the price and playroom but not enough to go back.

I agree that this cafe primo does not meet the standards that we experience at other cafe primo's

Average meal, but large serving. Best value tip is to buy a pizza and share- very large size and definitely can't be finished by one person.
