These are absolutely amazing humans that work at this store. Nothing is too much for them, and they are super helpful. Best cake store in the West!!!

This is a great cake decorating shop. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly, and they have a wide variety of tools and equipment. The classes are also great - Louise is a fantastic teacher :)

Absolutely crowded on a Saturday but there isn't much you can do about that now that cake decorating is so popular, if you can get there during the week it is much nicer. They have the best range around and the staff are knowledgeable, although can be a little miserable at times. I have been to the store and ordered online and all transactions have been satisfactory.

This shop does offer a great selection of things related to cake decorating but can be expensive. The cake tin hire is a good service. I didn't necessarily get good service and struggled to understand what i needed with very little help.

Lovely and helpful staff, although they are always very busy. Great range of products, although they are very very expensive. Unfortunately the store is very small, so you just cant go with kids, although they do try to make it easier with a little kiddies play table, unfortunately there is to much that glitters and sparkles for the kids to be interested in the table.

This store has a great variety of products for all your cake decorating needs. Great advice is given when asked with a friendly attitude. Ready made cake mixtures and icing mixtures are available which make your cake making experience that mush easier,more time for the good stuff(icing and decorations)
