Calanna is a great Chemist in Sheridan street Cairns most Staff are friendly l always had great service with my medications pack but lately on two occasions tablets were missing from my pack and one time l got someone else’s pack .
Today my pack was not done and l need my morning medication as l have diabetic tablets that need to be taken in the morning and the excuse was they are down staff . I was told to come back later so that meant l did not have my medications till early afternoon.
Calanna need to get competent staff what they did today to me was negligent by not having my medication pack ready .

I often shop at Callana and every time I walk into their Cairns store, it feels like I’m visiting family and friends with a warm and welcome feel by the lovely staff.

Full courses. My son spotted an amazing toy car which he insisted I buy. The products they sell are highly addictive for age groups.

I often avoid the chain store Cairns pharmacies as I have always found the staff to lack complete information on products. I will always go out of my way to shop at Calana and being so convenient closing at 8:00pm.

I must also mention that they have fully qualified pharmacists who are so helpful with professional advice on any issues you may wish to enquire about. The only problem is, you may end up arriving home late due to their over friendly nature and they love to have a yarn.

I have often seen that they support charity events and if you are in-time、you may be lucky enough to score yourself a piece of cake and snack!! They often offer freebies! I once got a piece of the most delicious pizza.

Calanna Pharmacy is just like an old fashioned chemist. Staff know us by name and are always friendly, helpful and really know what they are talking about. You actually get to sit down with the chemist when you put in a script. This always makes me feel like they really care for their customers and I don't feel like I am just another number in a process line.
