This restaurant has been closed for some time. No notices up anywhere. But I live nearby and there is never any sign of life. Its a pity, as it is a great location.

We went there for a Christmas party. Service was shocking to the point of non-existent at times. Meal was very average. I won't go again and will not recommend it to anyone.

Hidden gem. I took a group of 50 to breakfast. Owner/chef Jure and staff could not have been more helpful. Food was delicious and very well presented. Locals well looked after. Menu on web site.

Tom & Joelle recently had a camp for kids during the school holidays. My son participated in horse riding, caring for horses, team work, games and other activities. They camped beside a billabong in a beautiful natural area. This was the first time Tom & Joelle had run this camp, however it was very professionally organised and supervised and heaps of fun for the 2 nights & 3 days of the camp.

Calanna Pharmacy is just like an old fashioned chemist. Staff know us by name and are always friendly, helpful and really know what they are talking about. You actually get to sit down with the chemist when you put in a script. This always makes me feel like they really care for their customers and I don't feel like I am just another number in a process line.

Met friends at Coolums for breakfast one Sunday. The location is great. We sat at the table and our kids played in the sand right in front of us. However, the service was slow and although the food tasted good, it was poor value for money in terms of quanity and quality.

While repainting our lounge room, I visited Cairns Hardware many times looking for ideas, sample pots, primer, undercoat and top coat. The paint staff were great. Very helpful, got to know me and my preferences and gave excellent advice. Convenient location hours of business.

Byrnes Meats was recommended to me recently by a friend who always buys her meat there. So one Sunday (yes, a Sunday) we stopped by and bought the most tasty meat I have ever eaten. I am not a fan of meat, so to win me over is a major feat.

My son contracted roto virus while attending this centre. My gripe was that we as parents were not informed of the outbreak until many kids were affected. Roto virus is serious in young kids.
