They have great quality products however their store seems to be over staffed a lot of the time, when you walk in you seem to feel as though there isn't enough room for you in the store, there are just people everywhere. I have a friend who works at this store and i have to admit she referred me to Dicksmith for printing jobs because they use the same quality products to print however it's remarkably cheaper, also i know you can find many of their products cheaper at JB HIFI for example.

I had a problem with my new camera and was told that I could not take it into my local store - or to a repairman. I had to bring it back to the city store, which was a whole day's travel. I was then told it was out of warranty, despite me having my paperwork. They begrudgingly agreed to the repair, but I was told that it wasn't something normally covered under the warranty and if the same problem occurred it would be at my own expense. Then when they part the had just repaired failed they did not want to know about it. Even though I had a 30 day guarantee on the repair.

I've used CACH twice, once for a Minolta digital point-and-shoot camera and once for a SONY flash. Both times I've purchased their goods via ebay. The second time I was helped by Stan who gave me detailed information about why Australian retailers couldn't get close to US retailers on ebay. Whilst their prices weren't as good as shopping overseas, the service and time offered was beyond normal levels and convinced me to buy Australian through them.
