I had a combined 40th birthday and wedding reception. I left the dessert decision making up to the Dream A little Dessert team and I was rewarded with a diverse selection of cakes, tarts and mousses all in finger food size for my guests to enjoy, as well as a candy bar full of lollies in colours that complemented our theme. We were also supplied with bomboniere and personalised thank you cards to give our guests. The display looked amazing, tasted fantastic and was the highlight of the day.

I went to see Dr David Moses after a brain injury. He was marvelous at explaining everything in easy to understand language. I was put through some testing which was delivered in a non threatening way and I was constantly reassured. I was offered a number to call any time I needed it and felt as if I understood what to expect in the future.

The service here is fabulous. The receptionist/assistant remembers my name every time I go in for a check up. As I only require my eyes to be checked every 2 years I find this very impressive. They are very good with children as well.

I needed to visit a gynecological nurse and the ladies here were very professional. There is also a general doctor, a pediatrician, podiatrist and maternal child health nurse available. Appointments can occasionally be hard to get as they are busy.

This agency is owned and run by the one person. When we were to go overseas the owner was not well and made several errors with our booking. Our flights were not on the correct day and did not meet up with the tour. The tickets had been purchased 7 months prior, but not checked until 2 weeks before departure which made remedying the situation very difficult and stressful. We ended up having to leave earlier than planned and organising extra time off work, paying for accomodation, meals etc.

My son and I are attending night classes learning German. Anne the tutor is very down to earth and lets everyone learn at their own pace. No-one is left behind and we are all treated as family. It is a joy to attend classes each Monday night.

My great aunt was placed here after being a resident in the retirement village from its inception. She was very well looked after and received superb care until her death.

I had a new watch which was beginning to lose time so I decided to take it in and have the battery replaced. When I picked up the watch it was not working so I went back. The back of the watch was opened and they tapped out some dust and said I would have to pay to have it cleaned. I was very unimpressed as the dirt had not been there before I took it to them.

I have been able to see some of my secondhand school books here, with credit going towards next years books or paid into a bank account. It is frustrating when I have purchased a book new that year and it is considered out of date by the end of the year, because the school is only using the latest publication. Especially ridiculous when Romeo & Juliet or Macbeth have not changed in 20 years. You can put your order in and they will pack it up for you to collect, or arrange delivery. Very convenient as it can get very busy in-store when the school book lists come out.
