Overall poor experience. The ordering process was easy.
Then after ordering, got the email that the bag was out of stock - no problem, it will be back in stock in a few days. I told them that I would need it before a certain date as I was leaving on a trip. A few days later, received an email that it has been dispatched... BY ROAD, rather than Courier Air Express as on the order! Thus, it did not arrive in time for my departure. If it was sent by Courier Air Express as on the order, it would have arrived in time! but now, it has arrived after I left. Also, they never ever reply to any of my numerous emails, even though there are different staff copied in! Useless!

Approximate cost: $500

Very good value. Friendly staff. Prompt service.
Good range.
Growing business so, I guess they will add more to their range.
Definitely recommend.
