I purchased a LG Smart TV and to my dismay found that CatchupTV feature was not available.
Complained to the salesperson Vikas. He consulted with LG rep in the store and rang me back within few hours. With few instructions over the phone, I was able to turn on the feature.
I have read lots of bad publicity on Harvey Norman's customer service.
But, my experience in this occasion was very impressive.

Delivery time is horrendous. I placed order for a Canon lens 10 days ago and am still waiting.
Biggest problem is that the order status is not visualised in webpage. No response for emails. They do not answer phone calls. There is no indication of Order status or when the order will be delivered.
I will recommend this place for people who want cheap price and do not mind 2 to 3 weeks delivery time.
