I have 3 x Ricoh IMC6010 copies for my offices across Sydney. We really rely on Camnet for high-volume printing and scanning. If ever there is a service need, they are at my office within 24 hours.
The billing and account management teams are always friendly and helpful.

I wouldn't recommend them at all...in fact I'd go so far as to say do yourself a favour and avoid them at all costs!

We had a senior employ that seems to have been "convinced" to sign for an extraordinarily high cents per page, 22 cents for mono and 30.8 cents for colour.They were then stitched up to take an extension on the contract for a further 18 months and get a "free "printer. The don't return calls and in my option, very arrogant as they know they have a deal already stitched up. I have tried to discuss the situation to have the total set to a market acceptable level but just get the run around...... I would not touch them with a barge pole
