Very well established pet store, best in the area. Huge range of fish and fish products as well as birds, rabbits, and pet products. Good customer incentive program keeps me going back :)

Great shop, easy parking. good range of fish both in fresh water and salt water. great knowledge of fish. Though often hard to get service.

staff are helpful enough. tried to sell them some fish. they said to small. I go back a week later and they have the same species in there and at a smaller size then what i offered them previously. they have a nice enough cichlid range but to small and expensive. they also sold fish to my cousin that where not compable with each other. Not a nice thing to do to a young kid

Excellent! Friendly and helpful staff, animals are taken care of very well than most other pet stores. This is the only pet store I go to buy my pet supplies.

i recently bought some tropical fish and found that the tanks were very clean and the fish looking pretty healthy,unlike alot of other places ive been to.They were very helpful with any advice i needed and knew what they were talking about

I went there with my 3 kids to buy a rabbit and found what i was looking for without any problems or fuss, the sales people were very helpful even giving us some leaflets with imformation about our new pet and how to look after it, will go back for sure.

The shop is well set out, large product range, very helpful and friendly staff, reasonably priced in a good location.
They maintain our office fish tank which they do regularly and efficiently. The man who comes in is helpful and does a great job.

Just needed fish food and they had what I was looking for. Nice big shop full of tanks,fish,accessories, and food. Great place to browse through. heaps of parking outside.

i go into this store about every week to every month as i have a variety of pets (bearded dragons, rabbit and dog). I buy pet food all the time such as woodies, crickets, pinky mice, rabbit pellets, hay, pig snouts, chew toys etc. They have a great incentive where if you accumulate $100 or more spent you get a $5 voucher. its not much but it helps.

Great pet store, huge range and very well priced. I have delt with this store a few times with various animal needs and found them to be friendly, helpful and they knew what they were talking about.
