Great store with lots of varieties of pet food and equipment.my son loves the fish and picks and chooses the fish he is interest in-staff are always patient and friendly towards his decision making and long pauses....

great place for all of my pets needs,from dogs to birds,different varieties of selected products,not to dear very reasonable pricing.the pets they sell always look healthy.

I bought neon tetra and cardinal fish from this store yesterday, they looked ok, but today one of the neon tetras developed a large white area on its side, it is neon tetra disease, within 4 hours the fish was dead, they are obviously stocking diseased fish. Also I bought live aquarium plant as well which were infested with snails, this particular species of snail is commonly infected with fluke worm parasites. I will never buy anything from this store again.

Friendly staff, fair product range, staff are good to give advice and assist with product enquiries. Fair average pricing.

For the aquarium, what I liked specifically about this store is that they will not try and sell you things you don't need. They do not have the best range, but they are a convenient place to "drop off" and get some fish food and to get some live rock. The pet shop have lots of birds and sell everything you could need for your pets at OK prices. No complaints here.

Would love to see more pets for sale here, but the pets they do sell are very well looked after, would definately buy a pet from this place, although some of there products are over-priced

Its big, and have a lot of products. I have made many purchases from here. They do not sell many actual pets however, which is a little unfortunate. They have a good bird collection.

i love this store! the staff are friendly, theres so much to go through, and the prices are amazing. bought plenty of fish here too.

Great service. I really appreciate all the extra touches such as knowledge and expertise. I think the pictures with santa are a great idea. Lots of products to choose from.
