Mitchell and Allan were very professional, friendly and on time, with regular communication to discuss what we needed done before they even came out for a quote, and letting us know when they would be arriving.
Can someone be passionate about air ducts? I think so! The guys obviously take a lot of pride in their work. They replaced two vent boots and ducting in our loungeroom to deal with a cat wee incident (all smells gone!), ensured all remaining ducting was secure and working properly, cleaned the entire system and arranged a filter for our intake.
Our heater is running so much better than before and the house in general is much less dusty.
We cannot recommend these guys highly enough. If you have central heating, call Mitchell and Allan. Absolutely worth it.

Excellent job, Allan and Mitchell were punctual and well organised. They were very careful with the floorboards (including shoes off every time they walked in and out), they placed guards around door frames! in order not to bump equipment into them and not leave dents. They replaced the filter on the grill to the return and explained how to clean it in the future. They cleaned the filter around the gas heater and tested the heating & air flow. The air movement seemed weak so they crawled underneath the house and traced the ducts there and fixed the case of a squashed/collapsed duct that was causing the blockage -- the air flowed as it should straight away, still they checked every inlet to make sure they all worked. I'd highly recommend them and will call them back when the system is due for servicing again in three years' time. They spent a good two hours on this job.

I booked Canberra Air Duct Cleaning/Capital Duct Cleaning to clean my ducted gas heating ducts (which, due to the previous occupants of my house, were in dire need of cleaning). As far as I know they are the only business that provides this service domestically but that has not made them complacent about service. Allan and his assistant were friendly and courteous, did a thorough job of cleaning (goodbye horrid smell, goodbye lots of rubbish!) and also replaced the intake filter (which the previous occupants had destroyed), and gave me advice for proper care of it.
Unfortunately Allan also discovered damage to my ducts (sadly looks like the work of a neighbours cat) but he showed me the ducts, explained the situation to me, and on the spot gave me a quote to repair, a time for his return to do so, and advice on how to protect the ducts in the future. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they were genuinely nice, helpful people to deal with (in booking and the two visits). Price quoted was price charged. I don't really have any comparison on quality or value as I have not had this cleaning/repair done before (first house with ducted heating) but they seemed to use good materials and it seemed value for what they did. I would certainly recommend them!
