I went in for a massage and did not have to fill in a consultation form nor did anyone ask me anything about preferences etc. I am allergic to nuts and soy. I finished the massage to feel itchy and notice a large rash on my legs. Never got to see my therapist after treatment to ask what was used. Not very professional.

Tired looking premises. Kept waiting for 15 minutes after my appointed start time which is a pain because I wanted to pay extra for an additional treatment but, with the delay, I had to postpone this as my car parking was due to expire. The most disappointing thing with the hydration facial I had was that when I got home I noticed that they'd left a large swathe of the green mask on my face between my eyes along my nose and onto my forehead. I'd been shopping for a couple of hours looking like that! Thanks but I won't be back. Not thorough at all.

I've been here twice for the Hot Fusion stone massage and it is absolutely fabulous. They have amazing premises that are very calming and relaxing. The masseuses are professional and respectful. Price isn't the best in Canberra but the experience is.

I go there to get massages on a regular basis and some other treatments on a sporadic basis. The massage therapists are very good. They listen to your needs and provide a good service. It's a nice environment at the casino - quiet and soothing.

Visited for a microdermabrasion and facial treatment. Was an absolutely blissful and relaxing experience. Highly recommend anyone to visit if they are after some pampering.

I had a 2 hour hydrotherapy/massage/facial session here. It was lovely, and the wine, cheese and fruit in between was an extra bonus! While I loved the massage and facial, the hydrotherapy tank was lukewarm and a little uncomfortable. Otherwise, it's a beautiful place, and you get carried away in the luxury of the experience!

This has to be the absolute most beautiful day spa in Canberra. There is such a peaceful ambience and it is so relaxing. The staff are very friendly and make you feel very comfortable and at home. They offer many different types of facials, their Enbrightenment facial is really beautiful and I was very happy with the results. They also use Aveda products. It's a bit pricy though, but totally worth it. Would definitely recommend.

Tried out their Earth Signature Aromatherapy Treatment - they had an introductory 20% off special, it was a facial and massage. Complete bliss, the facial smelt divine and i was fully relaxed afterwards. A great place to unwind.
