This studio offers Cuban salsa classes at Copacabana each Tuesday night and at other venues on other weeknights. The pros is you can turn up and pay $19, you don't need to enrol. The cons is they don't teach technique at all, just steps so for people that can't dance it still looks pretty awful. Also lots of sleazy men trying to take advantage of girls. I do not recommend.
