My dad had met Phillip and Bronwyn to make arrangements for his funeral - important decisions had already been made by my dad - in reflection this helped my family and I greatly.
In addition, nothing was too much trouble.
I am so pleased that something in my time of need directed me to you. I had not heard of Candlepines previously, but was grateful that I was able to be helped by you in our time of great sadness.
As soon as my husband and I met you both, we instantly felt a comfort, and were happy in the knowledge that you were the people who would be taking care of our most beloved son - at a time when he would be most in need of caring hands.
We would highly recommend you as being the people most able and dedicated to carrying out this most personal service.

We have used Candlepines twice now. Both times Bronwyn and Phillip have been very friendly, approachable, and professional.
They were accommodating when we wanted to do the funeral service ourselves and made the day, with their help and with the help of their daughter, run very smoothly.
One of my friends was so impressed, she said she wants to use Candlepines for her own funeral. When later, I told this to Bronwyn and Phillip.. Phillip quipped 'No hurry.'
They have assisted us after the funeral as well, and have been kind in their suggestions of assistance in coping with grief.

Right from the very beginning Candlepines were very understanding and caring, I couldn't have asked for any better. They were always there if I needed to ask a question.
The family and I were very happy with the service you provided and especially the follow up at the RSL when his ashes were put in the memorial garden.

The 2nd worst day of my life, my mother's funeral. Everyone was so helpful. The service was just what Mum would have loved, the casket and flowers were beautiful, they made it beautiful.
My mum went with dignity and respect, I could not have asked for more.

Everything was simple and you looked after all of the arrangements. The day itself went off without any issues. So all the family were happy with the service.

We recently had our father pass away and had the difficult job of organising his funeral.
We were recommended to Candlepines by a very close friend.
Not having to do this before, my sister and l had little idea on what to do. The staff were fantastic. They showed real empathy, were kind and patient as we worked through the many processes involved.
The day of the funeral was perfect, and just how dad would have wanted it. Smooth music, and a very simple service.

I lost my father on December 27th 2013, Candlepines were great from the very beginning, they were very on board with traveling to Port Fairy for the service where my dad lived. Took all the pressure off my sister and I, and could not be anymore grateful for the service we received, all the staff were great and extremely caring. Would highly recommend to anyone.
Candlepines were amazing!
Though losing my grandfather was one of the most difficult times in our lives. Candlepines took the stress off my mother and aunt's shoulders, they were very supportive and organised everything.
Also last year they also helped us out with a beautiful, custom made urn after loss of one of our treasured family pets.
I was very touched to receive your letter offering your support and sympathy.
I want you to know that everyone who attended Keith's funeral commented on how professional you all were. You can be rightly proud of what you do.

I would like to take this time to once again thank you all for the wonderful service and organisation you did for us with Margaret's funeral it was very professional and went so nicely , I will recommend you to anyone. I cannot stress enough what a wonderful family and service they provide ,my wife Margaret passed away on the Saturday I got on the computer on the Sunday trying to get a quote for her funeral in no time Bronwyn rang me and they both Phillip & Bronwyn came to my home and arranged every thing without a hitch, the price was absolutely marvelous and i didn't have to do a thing which took a great load off my mind they are with out a doubt very professional i ca n recommend them highly, thank you very much Bronwyn & Phillip & their family Yours Colin
