Unfortunately since this business changed hands in 2017 I have been very unhappy with it. My pet was there in Dec 2017 and came home unwell. I used the cottage one more time a year later but the cleanliness standard had fallen ( it never smelt before with the previous owner) I no longer use this business.

I adopted a cat from here,he arrived sick,I'm still waiting for his transfer papers for his registration,it's been nearly 6 months.
They do not give receipts,I paid 80 for my cat,plus 50 for them to deliver him.

Disgusting smell in cattery nonventilated cages smell of dead animal in bushes don't leave your cat there if you care about it

I left my cat for 7 days in a very small pen. She didn't have any sunlight or exercise for 7 days. She is home now, not eating, not drinking. Is half her body weight, with protruding bones and loose skin. She is shedding an alarming amount of fur. I don't think she ate much while at Capalaba Cat Cottage. I had a bad feeling after being warned by the Vet but didn't have time to re-book elsewhere.
I will not recommend this cattery and will not use it again in future.

Its hard to find a cattery that is amazing, but this is definitely an incredible one! came to have a look before I booked my cats in, the place is very clean and has big enclosures for the cats, marissa is great with the cats. we booked thrm in and they came home washed and looked like they had a good time! great customer service and friendly welcoming staff with reasonable prices

My cat is happy to go to this place. They are exceptionally clean all the time. My cat no matter how long he has been there never comes home looking like he`s lost weight.

Marissa is amazing! We've had some bad experiences with catteries in the past and wanted to be sure that we had chosen the right place so we went for a visit prior to booking our cats in. The atmosphere was lovely and it became quickly apparent that Marissa loves cats. We knew they would be in good hands! They were well looked after and the enclosures were nice and big for them.
