I had very long hair and wanted to go very short, I had bought in six pictures that I liked. Kate, the head teacher, sat down with me and explained every haircut, weather my hair would take it and what it would take to keep it looking good, how much time would be involved, how much product I would have to use, well everything. Ashly(the girl that actually cut my hair) was really lovely,and did a wonderful job. Needless to say I am thrilled with my new short hair.The massage I had when my hair was washed, was soo good. I was treated very well and everything was carefully explained to me, before it was done.Ashly was so careful about the cut, she went over it time and again and to make sure every hair was just right.Its the first time I have had my hair cut in a very long time and they made the whole experience fantastic. I had the cut and style, 5 foils and the blow dry for 57 dollars. I doubt anyone could beat that. Honestly, I just cant praise them highly enough.

I had a full head of foils and a cut, shampoo and blowdry. The teacher was really lovely she explained everything they were doing, the students were nice but they kept complaining that their feet were sore and they were sick of doing the same thing which made me feel like an unwanted customer.
All in all the experience was good and the price was great!

i thought they did a great job, i walk past it all the time and decided hey why not, ,i actually think they did a better job than shine the last time i went there.

They provide cheap haircuts ($20, I think) which includes shampoo, cut and blowdry. They also do cheap colour and highlights. I've been here several times to get highlights and only cost me $45. It's cheap because they are trainee hairdresser, but they always have to consult with their teacher everytime so they don't ruin your hair.
