After my last few visits to tilleys I have decided to completely avoid this place in future, or at least until there is a turn over in staff, the service was very poor and the staff unfriendly and rude. The coffee and food was nothing special but overpriced. I have been going to tilleys for the past 10 years now and it's such a shame it has declined so much in recent times. At the very least maybe the staff can crack a smile would make a big difference.

I thought I would give raw sugar another go after many bad past experiences with quality and customer service.. again it was a major disappointment this morning. They seemed to make all these people's coffees that ordered after me first, then when this was raised with them they said oh well we are making yours now, they were not very friendly and then gave me death stares. The coffee? well it was absolutely rubbish, probably the worst coffee I've had in a long time. I definitely wont be going back here agian. terrible service, awful coffee.

Its very unfortunate that the service level here has completely dropped, they just dont seem to care about providing good customer service and this is why i will no longer go here. it has not just been one time, but every occassion i go there now i receive some of the poorest customer service i have experienced and I am sick of it and i refuse to ever return. in all honesty i can find better food elsewhere with better service, as this is one of the main reasons i will return to a place, Customer service!

The service here is normally pretty good, Always friendly. They have a lovely little selection of different dishes to try, a personal favorite of mine is the favorite prawn linguini. Definitely worth a try for breakfast, lunch or dinner!

This place has become one of the regular places I eat, anyone I go out to dinner with its like "Hey lets go to Dumpling House!" The reason being is because the food is great, the service is fast and the prices are good. Definitely a place to go for a nice night out.

This place only has just recently opened and I am sure will end up being one of my favorites, I love the sharing plates, The food was absolutely Delicious to the MAX! Yum! Customer service I rate among the top I have experienced very friendly and helpful. I loved the whole attitude of the place very welcoming. I definitely recommend the pearl meat, oh and if the banana spring rolls are on the dessert menu you have to get it!! Overall this place is worth going to check it out for yourself!

I really love this bakery, i have never seen one like it. I'm still yet to try everything on offer.. but i would have to recommend the custard donuts. i love the whole way it is set up with you grab your tray and tongs and walk around and select what you want. very nice idea. i think you should go if you havent already to try this place out for yourself.

I LOVE there Ispanakli (i can never pronounce these properly but this is the spinach and cheese pide) its the best in town. i have tried other places and theres are always soggy and not that good, but lynehams one is definitely worth the dirve to try it. they have really great service and i have been a regular to this place for years. Love it!

This is a lovely little cafe hidden away from those who dont know it is there. the people are always very lovely and cheerful. The food is great, they make there own danish's fresh in the morning the cherry danish is so yummy. Lunch time they change there menu day to day.. but they do a nice laksa most days. :D

The food here is alright, if you are happy to wait awhile.. it just got new owners.. but we at work here use to call this the Bogan cafe as it was always full of bogans and if the lady didnt like the look of you or you were not bogan enough they would take forever to serve you as they were chatting up the workmen... But anyhoo as said it has just got new owners.. the sandwichs are still the same.. oh but they have yummy chicken schnitzel and gravy rolls yum yum but then again who doesnt. to sum it all up.. this place aint that special.
