Cory and his team have provided exemplary service to us in selling our beloved property. His strategy was strong, his intimate knowledge of the market was invaluable, and his tips were spot on. I can’t recommend Cory and Capital Residential strongly enough.

I’m quite disappointed that Cory did not keep us in the loop for a property we were very interested in and was in our budget. His urgency to sell over a weekend was strange, and meant that his sellers potentially lost out on an additional $30,000. So much for promising to keep us in the loop - if he had, he would have been made aware of all up to date information and our new offer... efficiency in this case doesn’t necessarily equal efficacy, and so we’ll be looking to buy and sell through someone else now.

I guess I’m now forced to add that I’ve offered for Cory to pass on my details to the vendors, as he’s demonstrably not open to seeing further feedback his business practices himself - I’m very happy to share both sides of the story directly with them, however obviously not so happy to deal with Cory anymore given his poor tantrum-like reaction, and have edited my review down to one star to reflect this.

I’m glad the vendors feel like they got a good deal from Cory, however I remain concerned about Cory’s “efficiency” over efficacy approach, it’s not been usual practice with other property purchases or sales I’ve made - particularly over non business days. Additionally I would now raise some red flags about his professionalism in how he has reacted to this simple criticism, and would further caution buyers and sellers from engaging with him.
I think he feels like his poor attempt at doxing me will bully me into taking down my review - I just now invite people to contact me directly if you’d like to hear the full story. Very happy to share with people as I don’t feel like bullying like this should be rewarded.
