Overpriced. By a mile. They get lots of customers due to their place in the bridge mall which is always busy. However, their prices are ridiculous! Also the atmosphere is far too cramped and awkward inside the cafe.

Although they profit from good atmosphere and busy area in bridge mall, they don't have good price. It's not fantastic or unique. Sometimes, I saw their staff eating food during work hours behind the tables in the cafe. It's unusual when people come in to the cafe face to staff eating. I think they should improve your business and be careful about their customers.

I ate a break fast in there, I ordered a toast,jam ,but I paid 13$ It was very expensive compared with other cafes, it was very crowded,and uneasy

Great for food on-the-go, but if you'd like to sit inside and have a quiet lunch - no way.
The staff are polite enough for such a busy front counter, the take away prices are average, but to sit inside you'll be paying so much more. 2 sandwiches, a coke and a juice were $35 inside, I was mortified when I received the bill.

Eh, some both good and bad experiences here. The milkshakes and thickshakes are to die for! They are simply amazing! But some of the food there is just a bit disappointing and not worth your money. If your thinking about going here just for a coffee/ drink etc, sure i would recommend it but not to eat! The service is a bit sloppy too.

So discriminating to be given TWO different price menus as to depending if you sit inside or outside. If you sit inside the prices are sky high. I sat inside with my daughter to share a bowl of ordinary fried chips to pay $5.00 for it, OUTRAGEOUS !!! For example to buy a slice of jelly slice sitting inside cost $4.00 and yet if you sit out in the freezing cold in Winter it's $3.50. I also agree the staff need improvement in their communication skills, i rarely see a smile on their faces. And i have experienced tables not having been cleaned properly.

not as good as what i expected, found the food to be bland and ordinary, the service was terrible the staff didnt even try to smile, and the tables looked dirty. found the cost for lunch a bit expansive.
