CarCare Joondalup has never done us wrong. Their service people are honest, friendly and so helpful both we we have had scheduled services done and when we have had unexpected issues. Their prices are good and their service is excellent.

Was looking for a reliable service for our car, after searching around, we gave the guys a call at Carcare Joondalup. Great low cost service and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

I've been to Tim (the owner) a few times now and every time I've had great service and a competitive price. He always takes the time to explain things to me and last time the service even came in less than expected. I'm no expert when it comes to mechanics but so far the work appears to be have been done well and I don't feel like I'm being taken for a ride. He's even happy to give me a lift home or borrow a car at no charge which I think's great.

good affordable services but the customer service could be improved. don't seem to be ripping me off but who knows with mechanics. services are fairly quick and they are reliable when fixing only what you want to be fixed
