The person in charge 'Jeremy' explained the problems nicely and made sure that the major service was completed on time, dropped me to nearest station while going to work after dropping my car and picked me from home at the time of car collection.

I booked in my car for a routine service last week. I was able to get an appointment almost straight away. The guy was really nice on the phone and answered all the questions I had. I took my car in in the morning before work and Jeremy rang me in the afternoon to let me know how they were going with the service. They had done all the bits that were required for the service but had found another little thing wrong with the brakes. I liked that they rang to check with me first before going ahead with the extra repairs. I have had mechanics in the past fix things without asking, making it a very expensive experience. Jeremy also talked me through options to suit my budget. When I picked my car up the next afternoon, Jeremy even invited me into the workshop so he could show me what the mechanics had done. He is a very friendly guy. I would definitely use this company again. They even have cheap rental cars if you need a car while yours is being serviced.
